As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to help with our ever-increasing administrative needs.
What we require is a highy self-motivated, focused, enthusiastic and confident individual with experience in an administrative role, who has excellent communication skills, including aprofessional phone manner, attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude. MicrosoftOffice experience is required along with a high level of organisational skills and a flexible approach to completing tasks.
The role includes, data entry and updating database, answering phones and providing exceptionalcustomer service, providing administrative assistance to the company Director and Sales Manager,assisting with the preparation and distribution of event itineraries, general administration dutiessuch as preparing invoices and quotes, conducting inventory and liaising with suppliers and anyother admin function as directed by management .
